Friendly staff with a great attitude that made my stay pleasant. the convenient location comes with public parking 🚗.

The restaurant was good which provided traditional French food served with style, we ordered VERY PLEASANT dishes. There was a clean.

Fairly clean place, staff was very very helpful and attentive. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, the room was neat and new-fashioned now with air-con. The hotel location was particularly good and magnificent in the mountains. And we were close enough to the Montlucon train station, town centre, and France😀

The rooms are well-equipped with comfortable beds, perfect for a good night's sleep. They even have options with a double plus bunk beds, which is great for families traveling with teenage kids. One of the highlights of this hotel is the recent addition of air conditioning. It's a welcome feature, especially during the hot summer months.

There is no private car park for the hotel, so parking may be a bit of a challenge on the street.

Spending Christmas at this hotel was a great decision. the staff was kind enough to offer us free parking, and the location was perfect for exploring the nearby Christmas markets. the restaurant served delicious traditional food that made our holiday even more special.

The room was a bit outdated and in need of renovation. the heating didn't work very well either, making it a bit chilly at times.

Convenient location for exploring the town. The breakfast had a good variety of options and was constantly refilled. , the room was clean and spacious.

The staff was quite unfriendly throughout our stay, which made us feel unwelcome. the heating system didn't work properly and we were left freezing during our entire Xmas stay.
